Germany Prepares for General
Election
ELIMINATING FREAKS,

BERLIN, June 7.
The German political parties already are preparing for the general election, and there are signs of new coalitions. Middie-class and moderate opinion is determined to resist strenuously any attempt to upset the Republic and destroy the Weimar constitution.
Probably there will he fewer freak and small patties than at former elections.
The leader of the Nazis, Herr Hitler, '« trying to achieve a coalition between his party and the Centre party in Prussia.
There is a rumour of the development of a scheme of compulsory labour under which unemployed between the ages of 19 and 22 will wear uniform, live in barracks, and work on the construction of roads, dykes and other schemes to help agriculture.
