Shameful Sunday Football Riot. FIGHTING BY TEAMS. (Received 10 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day. There was another disgraceful Sunday football riot when teams at Wentworth Park came to blows and the spectators joined in. Three constables eventually separated the teams and escorted one to the ambulance room. The barrackers of the other side tore palings from the fences and the grandstand and attacked the ambulance room, which was damaged. The police escorted the players from the oval.
