'PLANES COLLIDE.
World's Fastest Fighters In Fatal Crash. PLYING OFFICER KILLED. (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, May 26. Three Fury fighting 'planes, the fastest military aircraft in the world, were exercising at Shoreham, Sussex, when two collided and crashed. Flying-Officer Jackson was killed and Flying-Officer Challerton parachuted to safety.
