CHINESE BROTHERS AT LAW. JUDGE ORDERS REPAYMENT. (By Telegraph. —Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Tuesday. When Chin Fooi, laundryman, went to China f° r a tri P he left his busine ® 9 in charge of his brother, Chin Quon Yep, but on his return found that his brother had appropriated £400. # Judgment was obtained for this amount and a sequel was an application in the Supreme Court to-day for the committal of Yep under the Imprisonment for Debt Limitation Act. There was no appearance of the defendant. Mr. Justice Kennedy made an order for repayment, in default committal for three months, it being understood that enforcement would not be sought if the . debtor paid £1 weekly.
