JUDICIAL SALARY CUTS. LONDON, May 19. According to the Dublin correspondent of the "Weekly Dispatch," it is understood that the Minister of Finance, Mr. Scan McEiitec, proposes to save £25,000 bv reducing civic and judicial salaries by 2 to 20 per cent, beginning at £250 a" year. It is also intended to reduce Army officers' salaries. Protesting that they have suffered bigger cuts than any other section of the° community, the civic service is tftfcatening stern opposition.
