ALL CURIOUS.

DENTISTS' NEW GADGETS. LONDON, May 19. An interesting feature of the Dental Congress is an electrical chisel elevator used in extracting impacted teeth. It is extremely efficient, reminding the layman of a miniature pneumatic road drill. The demonstrator, Mr. J. W. Doherty, was the centre of such interest that he was compelled to work behind a barrier. Other fascinating novelties included an appliance used for difficult inlay impressions and also porcelain jacket crowns and methods of reinforcing porcelain enamel fillings. The chairman of the congress, Mr. George Northcroft, stresses the importAustralia being represented at the congress at Toronto in August, which dentally will be tantamount to the Ottawa Imperial Congress.
