ASSAULT CHARGE DISMISSED

WHANG A RET, Monday

Charges of assault and using obscene language were preferred against 1' reuerick°Stratford Beachman in the Magistrate's Court this morning. A plea of not guilty to the assault and guilty to using obscene language was entered by counsel for defendant. Ihe awsault charge was dismissed. i'or using the language complained or a fine oS £5 and costs was imposed.
