PAPAKURA TOWN BOARD.
The chairman, Mr. D. Weir, presided at the regular meeting of the 'Papakura Town Board last evening. Children's Playground.—The hall Bite is to be made available for a children's playground, on the understanding that it shall be laid out adjacent to the band shed. Relief Work.—The Minister of Employment advised the board that the matter of relief allocation was being fully investigated, with a view if possible to adjusting relief allocation. The Leader of the Opposition also receipt of representations, and promised liis support.
