NATIONAL INSURANCE. I INTERIM DIVIDEND UNCHANGED.; (By Telegraph.—Prcs Association.) | DUNEDIN, Tuesday, j The directors of the National Insurance Co., Ltd., have declared an interim dividend of 4d a share for the half-year ended March 31. The dividend is payable on May 16. Since November, 1927, when the capital of the company was subdivided from £5 shares paid to £ 1 10/ into £1 shares paid first to 0/, and in the following year ■to 7/, the company has paid an interim dividend of 4d a share and a final divident of sd, making 9d a share for the year. TRADERS' FINANCE CORPORATION. A dividend has been declared on preference sharer in the Traders' Finance Corporation at the rate of 7 per cent per annum for the half-year ended March 31, payable on April 29. NEW AUCKLAND COMPANY. The following private company has been registered in Auckland: — New Zealand Sardine Packing Company. Limited, to carry on the business of sardine fishing, preserving and marketing in all its blanches, etc. Capital: £2000 in 20 shares of £100 each. Subscribers: H. Denton and F. S.
