NEXT N.S.W. ELECTION High Court Judgment May Settle Issue. ALL PARTIES PREPARING. (United P.A.—Electric Telegraph—Copyright' (Received 12.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, this day. The High Court reserved its decision on a second application from the New South Wales Government to restrain the banks from complying with the Commonwealth's order to pay o er all State money held by the banks to the Commonwealth. The "Sydney Morning Herald" says that in State political circles an early general election is regarded as inevitable, although it is difficult to forecast the political future until the judgment of the High Court is delivered. All State political parties are busy preparing for their election campaigns. Opinion in the Parliamentary lobbies is to the effect that an election will be held early in June.
