CHRYSANTHEMUM SHOW.
Record entries have been received by the Auckland Horticultural Society for their chrysanthemum show, which is being opened at 2 o'clock to-raorrmv in the Scots Hall by Sir Ocoipre Richardson. Entries number over 200, which means that there will be more than 1000 blooms. The flowers are of a high quality, despite the fact that the season has been considered poor. An added attraction will be the division of the show into two portions, a formal English garden; and a Japanese garden. The show will be open to-morrow and Friday.
