LABOUR CONFERENCE.
COMMITTEES SET UP. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Friday.
The combined conference of industrial and Public Service organisations being held in Wellington to decide what action shall be taken to combat wage reductions and other measures by the Government affecting workers has adjourned until Monday. Committees liave been appointed to deal with the various questions on the order paper. These committees will 6it over the week-end and present. their reports and recommendations to the conference when it resumes on Monday.
