PARACHUTE DISPLAY.
EPSOM TROTTING GROUND NEXT SATURDAY. A spectacular event will bo staged at Alexandra Park, Epsom, on Saturday next, commencing at 2.30 p.m. The display has been organised throughout by the Auckland Aero Club. The item of principal interest to the public will be the parachute drops by Pilot-Officer ("Scotty") Eraser, who has developed his technique to such an extent that he Bomersaults forwards and backwards twice before the parachute opens. This necessitates a drop of 800 ft, during which a terrific speed is attained. _ The flving exhibits are being staged by Squadron-Leader M. C. McGregor, D.F.C.j and Flight-Lieutenant D. M. Allan.
