WELLINGTON ACQUIESENCE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Friday. Following special meetings held for the purpose of discussing the recommendations of the National Expenditure Commission insofar as they affect primary education, the Wellington Education Board has forwarded to the Government a letter conveying the board's decisions. The board is prepared to approve of economies totalling £250,000, but it is stated that the services referred to are essential to modern education, and should be restored as soon as tjuj Dominion is in a position to afford them.
