SEISATION AT GENEVA. GENEVA, March 24. After a. largo red flag had floated, for two days from the tower of St. Peter's Cathedral, the Chief of Police received a telephone call asking if the State Council of Geneva had hoisted the banner.

The chief rushed immediately to the cathedral,, but was unable to bring the red flag down. A lire brigade also failed to remove the banner as a whole, but various efforts tore it to bits. These, when collected and pieced together, showed the Soviet emblem, with an inscription reading: "Against the upholders of war only a revolution will bring peace."
