EMPIRE MARKETING BOARD. (Received 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, March 31. The Select Committee on Estimates, in its first report, says that with Britain's adoption of a general tarifT the Empire Marketing Board, as at present constituted, becomes purposeless. The publicity portion of the board's work could more appropriately be delegated to the trade intelligence service.
