INCITING TO MUTINY.
PUBLISHER GETS THREE YEARS (Received 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, January 19. A third prosecution as a result of articles appearing last November in the "Daily Worker," a Communist paper, has resulted in Frank Priestley, aged 35, publisher, being sentenced to three years' imprisonment on two charges of incitement to mutiny.
