FACTORY EXPLOSION.
WORKMAN DECAPITATED.
ADELAIDE, December 30.
As the result lof an explosion at the Glanville sugar refinery, to-day Andrew Phmket was decapitated and two other workmen were critically injured. 'The victims were buried under a mass of steel piping and other debris and had to be dug out.
