Seamen's Dispute May Involve Niagara. B ' . ,i 1,. REPRISAL ON COMPANY. SYDNEY, December 7. The dispute among seamen concerning the Uijion Steam • Ship Company's steamer Koranui was revived upon the vessel's return to Sydney from Launceston. Her crew still refuses to obey the union's fiat to leave the ship, which sails for Newcastle to-night. Thus the question of declaring the Niagara "black" as a reprisal for the Union Company's refusal.to dismiss tho Koranui's crew is being decided at a special meeting of the Seamen's Union to-morrow.
