MOTOR CYCLE CASUALTY.
WOMAN THROWN HEAVILY. As the result of being tnrown heavily from the pillion seat of a motor cycle at the Remuera terminus-shortly after 1 pjn. yesterday, Mrs. W. Morene, aged 23, of 5, Glasgow Terrace, Grafton, received injuries to the head which necessitated her removal to the Auckland Hospital by the St. John Ambulance. The rider of the motor- cycle was attempting to pass a car, and, when he was forced to apply hi 3 brakes suddenly, Mrs. Morene was thrown heavily on to the concrete road. Her condition is not serious.
