i CHRISTCHUKCH, Thursday. • The' annual meeting of the council of the New' Zealand Swimming Association I was held to-night. The following officers 1 were elected:—President, Mr. Yv. iu. iJJ Bishop; deputy-president, Mr. A. L>. Wilkinson; North Island representative, Mr. P. Coira; treasurer, Mr. I. G. Dunn; representative to international federation, Mr. John Hodgson: haudieapper, Mr. 1. ! Coira; secretary, Mr. B. O'Neill; repie- ! sentatives on Olympic Council, Messrs. I. Coira, A. C'amn and N. McCartney, i It was decided that owing to lack or funds due to the suspension of the Govern-, i ment grant, educational work should be 1 KiitmnnrWl durine the coming season. I
