FAILURE AT ELECTIONS,

BKULIN, November 25

The newspaper "Germania" asserts that the, Soviet Government placed 1,500,000 gold roubles at the disposal of Communists in Britain during the general election campaign.

The executive of the Third (Communist) International, says the paper, has now decided upon the disbandment of the Communist party in Britain, "which has shown itself to be incapable of utilising the internal situation for the furtherance of Communism."
