ATTACKED BY BEARS.
An English party motoring in Lapland recently had the alarming experience of meeting a number of bears on the main road. The tourists were unarmed, and the bears full of fight. As soon as the car had stopped the bears made for the occupants, and it was only in the nick of time that the car was turned round and the tourists were able to beat a somewhat ignominious retreat.
