CAUGHT BY TWO SHOWMEN. TO PAY FINE OR GO TO GAOL. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day._ Awakened in the early hours of this morning by an intruder in their tent, two showmen at the Waikato Summer Show caujrht and trussed up William Patrick McGrath (20). In the Hamilton Police Court to-day McGrath was mod £o, in default 14 days' imprisonment on a charge of being found unlawfully on enclosed premises. When he was noticed, accused, who this morning bore evidence of a desperate struggle, was kneeling near 3 portmanteau which contained money.
