GOING TO MANCHURIA,

WELLINGTON, this day,
Sir James Allen has received from Mr. J. E. Straclian, chairman of the New Zealand delegation to the Institute of Pacific Relations conference in China, a radio message stating that the conference was highly successful, and threw much light on a difficult situation. Mr. Straclian and Mr. Willis Airey (lecturer in history at Auckland University College) are going to Manchuria before returning to New Zealand.
