TWO SENT TO PRISON.

NEW PLYMOUTH, Wednesday._ Housebreaking tools were the exhibits in a case in the Police Court to-day. They were found in a car which had been driven from Wellington. As &■ result Charles Thomas Batkin was sentenced to six months' hard labour, Clarence Frank Ross to four months' hard labour, and James McArley was admitted to probation for two years. They had all pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of housebreaking implements. Another charge related to obtaining credit from hotelkeepers for board at Wanganui, Hawera and New Plymouth.
