CANCER SOCIETY.
AUCKLAND BRANCH MEETING
The-Auckland section of the British Empire Cancer Campaign Society held its annual meeting- yesterday."' Mr. Kenneth Mackenzie presided. It was reported that cash pavments for the period March 1, 1930, to September 30, 1931, totalled £891, and receipts, including donations totalling £2397,-amounted to £2810. The balance included a transfer of £1068 to the ■NewZealand branch, 'and a cash .surplus of £851.
The executive committee was elected as follows:—Mrs. Kenneth Gordon, Archdeacon Holbrook, Dr. W. Gilmour, Dr. H. W. Wilson, Dr. N. McDougall, Dr. Douglas Robb, Mr. K. Mackenzie,, Mr. M.. R. O'Sheaand Mr. 11. Keary. ; L . ■•; . v-V -
