CARNIVAL DANCE.
A dance carnival was given in St. Michael's' Parish Hall, Takapuna, on Tuesday evening, the arrangements being in. the hands of Messrs. Clark and C. Eatoii, assisted by a committee of ladies. Special decorations and all kinds of novelties were admired, especially a miniature .windmill made chiefly of daffodils and violets with many points illuminated with electric bulbs. Favours were handed from it by Miss G. Buckley before the first dance. The confetti dance wjas also very popular.
