Bennett, Bishop of Aotearoa, luis recovered from his recent indisposition and is now in Wellington. Professor H; EL Corbin, whose engagement as professor of forestry at Auckland University College has ended owing to the amalgamation of the forestry schools, left Wellington by the Monowai on Tuesday for the United States. T Mr. W. T. G. Airey, lecturer in history at Auckland University College, has left New Zealand to attend a meeting of the Institute of Pacific Relations a! Hankow, China. Mr. A. E. Bouillon, manager of the Hamilton branch of the Bank of New Zealand, has been, appointed to the managerial relieving staff -of the bank, after 38£ years' service. Mr. E. C. Sare, of Auckland,, succeeds Mr. Bouillon at Hamilton. ',
