SIERRA IN PORT.

AOBANGI DUE SUNDAY

With the'addition of four overseas ships which came in this morning, the tonnage in port to-day is considerably greater than it has been for some weeks past. To-day's arrivals were the Rangitane, from Wellington, for Homeward loading, the Antigone, from. Java, to discharge at Chelsea, the Narbada, from Calcutta, via ports, to discharge at the Prince's wharf, and the Sierra, from San Francisco, via Los Angeles, Honolulu, Pago Pago and Suva, to land passengers, mails and cargo at the Prince's wharf. The last-named vessel is en route to Sydney, for which port she is announced to. sail at 5 p.m. today. -Westerly gales are still being experienced off the coast, and the passenger steamer Remuera, from London and Southampton, now reports that she is unlikely to reach Auckland before midnight on Sunday. Due also on Sunday, the R.M.m.s. Aorangi will land passengers, mails and cargo from Vancouver and way ports at the Prince's wharf, and is to sail for Sydney on Monday.

UNION COMPANY'S STEAMERS. The Waimarino sails at 5 pjn. to-day for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Timaru. ' The Kiwitea arrived this morning from Westport via Napier, and berthed-at the King's wharf. She is to shift to. the Western wharf this afternoon, and later to Chelsea to complete discharge. The Waipiata is expected to clear Lyttelton for Wellington and Auckland at 9 p.m. to-day. The Kaponga cleared Greymouth for. Auckland at 1.30 a.m. to-day. The Waimea is expected to clear Napier at 3.30 p.m. to-day, and is due at Auckland on Sunday. The Kanna is expected to clear Picton for Auckland at 3 p.m. to-day.
