COMMUNIST ARRESTED.

TAKEN ON CENTRAL WHARF.

PAPER ENTITLED "REVOLT."

CHARGE OF DISTRIBUTING.

At 11 o'clock this morning Detective Nalder arrested a Communist, Edward Frederick Thompson, on the Central wharf, on a charge of dispersing a paper entitled "Revolt," not. bearing the name and place or abode of the printer thereon. Detective Nalder, it is understood, seized a number of the papers, which were typewritten and made several references to the proposed camps in_the backblocks for single men. Accused will appear at the Police Court to-morrow morning.
