OLD FAMILY SERVANT.
In the recent obituary notice of the late Mr. Matthew Keoghan, a veteran employee of the Le Clerc family in the Wliangarei district, it was stated that he was in the service of Mr. Percy Le Clerc in the coastguard service in Ireland. ' This was an error. Mr. Keogban's employer was the late Mr. Peter Benjamin" Le Clerc, who came from Dublin, but was never at any time in the coastguard service. Mr. Le Clerc came to New Zealand in 1883, not ISS2.
