The'needs of the school were again ' raided by the Parnell school committee. ; Which wrote drawing attention, to the , unsatisfactory condition of the out-' 5 Offices at the institution. The com- ! mittee. expressed the view that the only , real remedy was a new school building, but, if replacement of the school was going to be long delayed, new out-offices and drainage should be installed. The chairman ■of the board (Mr. A. Burns), said that something would have to be done at the school, which had been practically condemned by the Health Department.
