OMNIBUS OWNER FINED €6, EVASION OF THE LAW. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. "This man seems to liave "been doing lor several months the very thing the Motor Vehicles Act is designed to prevent," observed Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S-M., when James Murray, omnibus proprietor, was charged with failing to take out a driver's heavy traffic and omnibus licenses. Murray was fined £ 1 on. the first and £5 on the second and third charges.
