Pursuant to Section 11 of the Local Elections and Polls Act, 1925, I hereby give notice that the following person has been duly Nominated for the Office of Member of the Auckland Harbour Board for the Combined District of the Counties of Manuk.iu and Franklin :— HUGH ROSS MACKENZIE. And as the number nominated is not in excess of the number of Vacancies to be filled, I hereby declare the said HUGH ROSS MACKENZIE to be duly elected to such office.
