CAMP . AT NEW PLYMOUTH. (Prom Our Own Correspondent.) NEW PLYMOUTH, Friday., A voluntary course of instruction for officers and non-commissioned officers from the defence areas of North and South Taranaki will commence next week at New Plymouth, When a camp is to be established at the racecourse. The syllabue has been arranged to cover the period of one week, and besides the 40 officers who will attend, the two; cadet companies of New Plymouth Boys' High School will go into barracks, school work being replaced by drill.
