ELECTRIC POWER SYSTEM.
EXTENSION IN POVERTY BAY. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) GISBORNE, Friday. A poll of ratepayers in the Poverty Bay Electric Power Board district was held to-day on a proposal to borrow £78,000 for an extension of the system. It was carried by 1116 votes to 291.
