QUOTA FOR LOAVES.
LONDON, April 6. The "Daily Herald" states that the Cabinet, immediately after Easter, will decide whether it will fix a quota of 15 per cent of Britisli flour in every loaf and thus absorb all the milled wheat available from British farms. *
