RULE IN SAMOA.

Auckland Vicar Alleges Truth Being Concealed.

REV. GREENWOOD'S VIEWS

(United P.A.-Electric Telegraph-Cop vtight)

(Received 12.30 p.m.)

LONDON, March 2-3,

The "Saturday Review" publishes a three-column letter by the Rev. Arthur Greenwood, vicar of St. Alban's, Auckland, strongly attacking New Zealand's administration in Samoa. The letter says: "It looks as though the Administrator, backed up by the New Zealand Government, leaves no stouc unturned to prevent the truth about Samoa from reaching the public ear.''

He contests Sir Thomas Wilford's statement at Geneva that the situation was improving.
