PRINCE BEATEN.
Struck by Police After Nazis' Meeting. GERMAN SENSATION. BERLIN, March 22. While Prince August Wilhelm was about to- enter a train from Koenigsberg after addressing a meeting of Nazis he was badly beaten by the police, who had forbidden the meeting, but subsequently withdrew the prohibition when the Nazis promised that Herr Goebcls would not appear. Wilhelm declares he said nothing offensive. Afterward he called at Herr Goebels' hotel and they went together to the station. The police suddenly appeared and cleared the platform, using their truncheons. The crowd on the platform hissed the police, three of whom were injured.
