WAIPA RACING CLUB.
DOES NOT WANT EXTRA PERMIT
A special meeting on Friday night of the Waipa Racing Club executive resolved that, in view of the economic depression and the fact that the club had loaned its course to the Te Kuiti Club for two days in May, it is inadvisable to accept any offer, if made, of an extra permit this season. There would also bo great difficulty at this late stage of securing a suitable date for an additional fixture before the end of tho present racing season.
