STOLEN RUG.
LEADS TO BURGLARY CHARGE COMMITTAL FOR SENTENCE. (Br Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Wednesday. A rug sold to a second-hand dealer in Manners Street led to the arrest of Norman Graham McKenzic, aged 20, on a charge of breaking and entering the Manners Street shop of Vance Vivian one night in December, and stealing goods valued at £98 .2/, all of which, it is believed, had been recovered... , In the Police Court, to-day accused pleaded guilty, and was committed for sentence, bail of £200 being allowed. . Entry was effected by cutting a hole in the back door near the lock.
