TOWN CAPTURED.
REVOLT IN PARAGUAY,
BUENOS AYR.ES, February 22. The correspondent of "La Nacion" at Posadas, Argentina, reported yesterday that revolutionary forces had captured the Paraguayan frontier town of Encarnacion. The revolt is believed to be isolated, as no other Paraguayan towns are mentioned.
