THE EARTHQUAKE LIST.

Could I express my indignation through the columns of the "Star" at the example that has been shown by the members of the Mount Albert Borough Council in voting the absolutely inadequate sum of £10 to the relief fund in aid of the earthquake victims?"l would suggest to my fellow residents hi Mount Albert to forget what our council has done, and, instead of waiting for a lead, that those of us who can help shall do so immediately. To my mind, this paltry action on the part of our council is an insult to Mount Albert residents. S. BROWN.
