For publicly exhibiting a double chart at Devonport on January 28, C. R. Poole was fined £5 by Mr. W. H. Woodward, S.M-,. in the Magistrate's Court this morning- , . „ Gladys E. Mackrell, for unlawfully hein' 7 on a racecourse, was mulcted in the sum of £3. The defendant said that her hu&bapd was out of work, but the magistrate observed that if she could afford, to attend the races she could afford to pay a fine,
