GERMAN CRISIS.

REICHSTAG BOYCOTT. Hitlerites Leave the Sitting In a Body. OTHER PARTIES FOLLOW. ; • 1 (United P.A.—Electric Telegraph—Copyright) BERLIN, February 11. Raising their arms in the Fascist salute and shouting "Hail" three times, the whole of the ,107 Hitlerite members made a spectacular exit from the Reichstag. Their action, which is described a 6 a boycott, is stated to be the outcome of the Reichstag's adoption last evening of sweeping reforms in Parliamentary procedure, which are 1 designed to accelerate business and curb the efforts of orators obviously designed as propaganda. \ The members of the Nationalist and also of the Country and People's parties also left the Chamber. The Reichstag of 577 memUers has thus been deprived of 166 Opposition members. Their' decision to abstain from attendance will facilitate the passage of the Budget and other Government measures, but it is expected that there will be a great increase in the activities of the Nazis throughout the country, where it is proposed to declare all laws passed by the present Reichstag as unconstitutional. It is explained on behalf of the Nazis that they will not return until "it becomes necessary to defend the nation against the treacherous attacks of Parliament."
