RIVER ACTIVITIES.

STRANGE HAPPENINGS IN WANGANUI. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WANGANUI, this day. Thousands of dead "bullies" have also been seen in the lower reaches. Whether the latter is due to some poisonous matter has not been ascertained.
