Ratepayers of New Lynn are voting to-day on roading arid water loan pro ; posals involving £13,250."' '. The road works, for which the pro-' posed loan; is £4650, include the creting of 76 chains of the Titirangl Road, from the Great North Road to the.■boundary of the Waiteitfata County. The remainder of the sum, £8600, 13 to be spent • in, strengthening and extending the present waterworks reticulation system. So far only" £2-j!00 of the amount has been authorised bjv; the Local Government Loans Board of which £1100 will be spent in the reticulation of the Kelson Pistrict. *
