A WET DAY SCENE
PRIZES FOR PAINTINGS. Not often do Budget artists have an opportunity of arranging their own painting scenes, but to-day that tunity will be given. The subject set is a wet day scene. Although original work is to be preferred, the paintings may be copied. All copied work, however, must be plainly marked as such. Four half-crown prizes will be offered in both sections, A for competitors over 13, and B for children 13 and under. Competition No. 47.
