WEEKLY LUNCH JIEETINO.
Yesterday's weekly luncheon of the Auckland Rotary Club was largely at-? tended. President C. J. Tunks occupied the chair; and among the visitors were: Messrs.'N. Tucker), (Los Angeles), R. Harrison '(Sydney), J.. S. L. Deen (Wanganui) and J. Foote (Durban). Mr. Hugh Dent was - installed as a member. The speaker of the day was Mr. R. A. Falla, M.A., a member of the Mawson Expedition, who gave an address illustrated by lantern slides on Antarctic birds and mammals. lit introducing Mi*. Falla, the president said they were pleased to welcome him, pOt only as a member of their own community, but also as an old Grammar School boy who had taken part in an historic enterprise. -, . >. _
